Hybrid Building Solutions completed construction of the Robert-James Sales, Inc. Warehouse in Lancaster, NY in 2020. Besides the huge cost savings in construction and clear span interior, the installation time is a fraction of traditional warehouse storage buildings. Furthermore, after an independent utility and energy benchmarking analysis was performed – it was determined that this building uses 90% less energy than the average warehouse in the Mid-Atlantic region.
